The apartment has a lovely sea view on the bay of Marmorata.
The apartment is composed by a comfortable and large kitchen corner fully equipped, spacious living room with double sofa bed, double room ( king size bed), bathroom with shower and private "veranda-patio" sea view furnished with table and chairs. The area is very quiet and away from it all even if the Residence offers a choice of services and amenities such as live entertainment and live music daily.

• The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. the private and famous sandy beach of La Marmorata is just meters far from the house. Beach rentals are available on site. Beach Equipment: Rentals Nearby, Row Boat and Sailboat.

20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.(Balance due 30 days in advance.) A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, your rent is refunded but your security/damage deposit is forfeited.

• Check in after 5:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
