A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 250) are refunded if unit is re-rented.

Rates quoted are for two people. Each additional couple, add $25/night.

- No smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed.
- Check in after 10:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
- No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
- No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
