This villa's view can only be described as spectacular and breathtaking. We are perched cliffside, 150 feet above the ocean, looking out towards Sir Francis Drake Channel and the British Virgin Islands. Whale watching (and sightings) in the spring is almost assured. At night, you will catch a shooting star every 15 minutes or less!

Guests have raved about our amenities. The villa comes equipped with everything you will need to settle right in to a luxurious vacation. Leave it here, and it will be here awaiting your arrival on your next trip. Most of our guest call this their "Caribbean home away from home". A feeling of casual elegance is carried throughout the villa. All rooms are decorated with soft toned fabrics and decor with a Caribbean flair. Outside, you will find plenty of spots to curl up with a good book or cocktail, and idle the day away. Our newly added covered outdoor living area that extends outside from the living room is a perfect way to get out of the direct sunlight and enjoy the spectacular views. As another option, sink into our hammock built for two and take a nap under our shady tropical setting. Our 4 foot deep plunge pool, built around a massive boulder on the cliff, offers the perfect way to relax in the water and cool off.

Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). The property is centrally located to the best dining and shopping on island. A number of excellent restaurants are nearby. Shopping in downtown Charlotte Amalie, some of the best duty free shopping in the Caribbean, is approximately a 15 minute drive from the property.
The unit is Ocean front. The Villa is located on Peterborg Point, which is surrounded on the South by Magens Bay and on the North by the Caribbean Sea. Magens Bay Beach, one of the top 10 beaches in the world according to "Conde Nast Traveler", is less than a 5 minute drive from the property.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.

100% refund if cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to arrival. 50% refund if cancellation is made 59-30 days prior to arrival. Non refundable if cancellation is made less thaan 30 days prior to arrival. We offer discounts for groups less than 8 guests. Please inquire.

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $100 per day.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
