    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required.
    A $250 penalty is charged for late check-out. Damage deposit is required 45 days prior to arrival. Damage deposit is refunded 30 days after departure. All cancellations or changes to reservations must be made IN WRITING Cancellations received 45 days prior to arrival will be refunded 80 of total rent less 20% cancellation fee For cancellations received within 45 days of arrival or after arrival date, 100% of rent payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented for same term as confirmed reservation, 80% of rent will be refunded (20% canc

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
