This locally owned and meticulous studio apartment is available to anyone interested in a relaxed “no worries” approach to a paradise vacation.

There are four restaurants within walking distance and it is a five minute drive to Red Hook where there are twelve more restaurants and bars.

Waterfront and/or Beach
Property is near a ocean. A fine sand beach, gradual for a long distance is a 2 minute walk from the property. There is access to a power boat, sailboat, windsurfer and rentals nearby. We offer kiteboarding, sailing and windsurfing lessons at a reduced rate for our guests. You can also charter a boat and explore the surrounding islands.
Payments
Booking Cancellation:
Cancellations outside of the above policy to be discussed with the owner.
Booking Deposit:
The booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 20 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance:
The payment balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Security or Damage:
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is due on arrival.
