20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.(Balance due 30 days in advance.) A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required.

• No smoking is allowed.
• No children are allowed under 6 years old.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 3 days during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of full refund of deposit may be provided.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
