The community pavilion has a large fridge with a freezer and a BBQ grill with burner. All accessories for the kitchen are located in each cabin. Each cabin has it's own 5 gallon water jug and 60 quart cooler.
1 Double Futon Bed (sleeps 2) and 2 Twin Beds (sleeps 2). Curtain dividing the 2 twin beds from the futon, dining, kitchenette area.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

The community pavilion has swings, picnic tables available in the community area.
• St. Thomas Airport is within a 15 minute(s) drive.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There are 1 golf course(s) nearby.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 10 minute(s). If you want to go to St. Thomas, the ferry ride is 10 minutes. There is a restaurant and shopping there, or you can take a taxi or bus to other St. Thomas locations.
• The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 150) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed and children under 2 years old stay free.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of Security Deposit Returned may be provided.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
