20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.(Balance due 30 days in advance.) A refundable security/damage deposit of 400 is required. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 20%) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Travelers Cheques
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00 AM and 8:00 AM.
• No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
