From the house, there are views of lavender, vineyards, and the beautiful peak and surrounding hills of "Dent de Retz". In the distance, across wide open space, the Alps are visible.
• 15 minutes from Pierrelatte train station by car, 20 minutes from Montelimar train station by car. 45 minutes from Nimes by car, 1 hour from Marseille by car, 2 hours from Lyon by car.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). Ski resorts are about 1.5 hours away.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There are different types of shopping from 5 minutes to 15 minutes to 20 minutes to 1 hour. There are a variety of restaurants from simple pizza to gourmet truffle courses.
• The mighty Ardeche river (the "Grand Canyon" of France) is just 15 minutes away offering swimming, kayaking, riverside hiking, beaches, etc.. There is also a swimming hole just 5 minutes from the house.
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 90 days prior, payments (less 50) are refunded.
