The apartment is located on the top floor with spectacular views of the pool below and views of ancient Nessabar and the popular resort of Sunny Beach and not forgetting the third balcony with views of the stunning Stara Plannina mountains to the rear of the apartment.

The apartment is located on this family orientated complex. It is situated on the top floor with three balconies- two overlooking the pool and the sea and the third one overlooks the spectacular Stara Planina mountain range.

• Bourgas airport 30 minutes away.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Numerous fantastic restaurants can be found on your door step. Five minutes walk away in the village of St. Vlas there are also restaurants and shops located around the marina for that perfect evening out.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock and moorage float/anchor. 100 meters to the ocean. St. Vlas has its own newly developed marina accommodating a wide range of sailing vessels, its vicinity locates to all types of local water sports such as skiing, jet skis, wind surfing, canoeing, sailing, etc.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel less than 35 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate may be provided.
