Within minutes are Sugar Bowl, Donner ski ranch and Soda Springs Ski Area. You are minutes from shopping in Truckee. Ice Lakes Lodge is a few minutes away for dinner or drinks. In summer swimming, boating, hiking and motto-cross riding are only minutes away. Only 30 minutes to Squaw Valley or Lake Tahoe.

• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). Ice Lakes Lodge is a 5-10 minute walk, the country store is a few minutes drive. Truckee is less then 15 minutes by car. North Lake Tahoe is about 30 minutes.
• Lake is located within a 3 minute(s) walk. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. Serene Lakes home owner's beach, a few minutes walk, can be used by guests.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
40% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
