Kitchen is fully equipped with just about everything you would expect to find at home! All common utensils, and plenty of serviceware for 12. Whip up a quick snack or make an entire holiday dinner. New (2006) appliances include ceramic top electric range, large fridge, and super quiet dishwasher. You'll also enjoy the convenience and plenty of lighting.

Master Bedroom
1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Large, sunny master bedroom is situated beautifully to capture the sunrise and the occasional moonrise over the Green Mountains. Featuring Private balcony overhanging second floor deck, hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, work station with optional data port, telephone, alarm clock, and walk in closet.
Bedroom
1 Double Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Twin Bed (sleeps 1). First floor room; set up as a secondary conversation area, this room offers a great get away by day. Beautiful Green Mountain and Sugarbush Golf Club views, and adjacent to the first floor bath with shower. Recently remodeled (2006) with fresh paint, new carpet, and gleaming custom wood ceilings.
Bedroom
1 Double Bed (sleeps 2), 1 Single/Twin Lower Bunk Bed (sleeps 1) and 1 Single/Twin Upper Bunk Bed (sleeps 1). Super sturdy bunks. Large closet make this room very versatile and family friendly. This is one of only two rooms that does not have a spectacular Green Mountain view, but it sure makes up for it with personality and a real cozy but not cramped feeling that will have you sleeping like a baby.
Bedroom
1 Double Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Single/Twin Futon Bed (sleeps 1). This guest room offers a super comfortable double bed and a plush, convertible futon that can be used as a bed, lounger, or chair and a half. Vaulted ceilings and Great closet space. This room does not have sunrise views, so go ahead, sleep in!
Bedroom
1 Double Bed (sleeps 2). This room is a real favorite with all of our guests, we know one renter comes up and rents the whole unit just so he can have this room! It is the same basic size as the other bedrooms, but its lofty 4th floor location makes it feel like you are sleeping with the stars! Five windows form an uninterrupted view that looks down over the Sugarbush Golf Course, out over the Green Mountains, and in the evening its a stargazer's delight! You can literally see for miles.

The Green Mountains and Sugarbush Golf Course are clearly visible from nearly every window filled room in this unit, but you get a different feeling from each individual vantage point. You can literally see for miles, taking in lush greens, spectacular foliage, or snow crested mountains and valleys. Any time of year you can enjoy the sunrises, moonrises, and magnificent starscapes. In warm weather months enjoy watching gliders and small craft planes soar by along with majestic birds of prey.

• 3 miles from Sugarbush Airport, open seasonally; scenic rides available under an hour's drive to Burlington International Airport. About an hour and a half from the airport at White River Junction.
Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). You can see the fairways at Sugarbush Golf Club from almost every room in the unit; about a 3 minute drive to the club house 2 miles away. If you like variety, there are no less than a half dozen courses within a 20 mile drive. Although, only the one you can see out your front windows was designed by the master, Robert Trent Jones, Sr.
Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Ski lifts in walkable distance, but why walk when the complimentary resort shuttle runs every 15 minutes to deliver guests to the lifts at your choice of three area ski resorts; Mout Ellen, Lincoln Peak, or Mad River Glen! Plenty of terrain for skiers of any level, but if you crave even more variety, you're within an hour's drive of half a dozen downhill ski resorts, Stowe, Bolton Valley, Smuggler's Notch, Killington, and if you want to go the distance, Jay Peak is a definitely doable day trip. Easy drive to nearby Blueberry Lake for Cross Country skiing. Group or Private Lessons available for skiers and boarders of all age and skill levels. Base Lodge has a fantastic daycare and kids programs; plus adventure camps for older kids.
Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Many of the area's finest dining, shopping, pro shops, nightlife and spas are all within walking distance. Dozens more are within an easy drive in Warren or neighboring Waitsfield. Vermont's New England Culinary Institute restaurants are a dining experience worth the drive to Montpelier or Burlington.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Play Pencan be provided.
• Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.

• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 8:00AM.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate may be provided.
