Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 20 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed.
Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
A maximum of 1 Dog or Cat is allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of 50.00 will apply.
Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of ASK.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
