Villa is suitable for rental by one to three families and can easily accommodate up to 13 adults + kids. Please ask if you need to go over the maximum occupants currently indicated.

The front of the Villa overlooks the ocean, the rear of the Villa overlooks a palm grove. The sides of the villa view through palms to the creek at the left and ocean at the right. All second floor bedrooms have balconies overlooking the ocean. Third floor bedroom has extensive views across the beachfront.

• Manila International Airport is 12 hours from the UK and just a few hours from China, Hong Kong, Japan, and Australia. From Manila a one hour flight to Tacloban is required before a final leg by air conditioned coach or jeepney. Airport pick-ups and transport to the beach villa are readily available for booking we recommend you have your video / camera available for one of the most scenic journeys in the Philippines. Cross the San Juanico Bridge (Longest bridge in Asia), Journey down the length of Eastern Samar, see working rice paddies, oxen ploughs and carts, mountains, and a breath taking coastal road with island formations that will dazzle all who pass this way.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). Golf courses are accessible by a drive of one hour or more depending on availability.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 30 minute(s). The Villa is on the beach, there are no shops on the beach, the nearest town is Guiuan which is 30 minutes drive away.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock and moorage float/anchor. Sliding doors open out onto the extensive patio which is only 50 metres from the shoreline, the private villa has it's own beach area. Surfing- the private beach villa is only a short distance from the famous Philippine National surfing beach at ABCD Calicoan, the Philippine National surfing championships are held every October and the opportunity for breathtaking surfing or simply fantastic surfing photographs is limitless depending on individual photographic ability. Swimming and Bathing- The creek provides the perfect spot for swimming in the crystal clear, warm water, which will beckon you in on every occasion. The creek separates the island of Sulangan from Calicoan island and joins the Pacific to Leyte Bay, it is always clean and refreshing. Snorkeling- for beginners is very pleasant in the creek but with younger children, check the direction and strength of the slight current first. Swimmers can snorkel anywhere on the reef at the tip of the sand bar where coral heads, and multi coloured fish are in abundance. Try a canoe trip around the nearby island of Kandalom for some exceptional, untouched snorkeling areas.

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 12:00PM and check out before 9:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate may be provided.
