This is a no smoking unit and we cannot accept pets. The unit is not suitable for small children. Access is not suitable for people with mobility difficulties.

Although the kitchen does not have a full stove there is an induction hot plate, large convection toaster oven and sensor cook microwave.
Bedroom
1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Large bedroom with closet, nightstands, dresser, ceiling fan, TV and DVD.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
View
The suite overlooks Lake Okanagan to the East and Giant's Head Mountain to the South-West. The private patio overlooks the well-stocked garden and large garden pond.

Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 10. • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
