Brand new fully self contained, south facing suite, beautifully decorated and appointed with views of Lake Okanagan and Giant's Head mountain. Private patio with seating and BBQ overlooks the garden and pond. Very quiet and peaceful setting, just minutes walk from local beaches. Close to award winning wineries, golf, skiing, biking and hiking trails (including the KVR and Trans Canada trails), the Kettle Valley Steam Railway and 15 minutes drive from the Ironman Canada start. Excellent eating locally at both restaurants and wineries.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 21 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Cash

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 10.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
