Payments and Policies

Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 35 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 31 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Email Money Transfer
For bookings less than 31 days prior to arrival, please email us to discuss payment options via email money transfer, money order or cashiers cheque.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00 AM and 7:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $17.00 / hour.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
