Your own private Okangan Lake beach front (a mix of sand and pebbles) has a fire pit for small fires/weenie roasts. The beach is shallow for about 70 feet before it drops off--safe for the little one with supervision. Pull up your boat, the public boat launch is 1Block away. Plenty of room for parking 3 vehicles plus your boat in the driveway/parking area.
Two/three bedrooms; 6 sleep comfortably

Country kitchen is decked out with settings for 12, high end pot/PAN set, decent knifes/knife block, wine glasses, basics--salt/pepper/cooking oil etc. You can prepare any level of cuisine you choose--or order in Pizza.
This is a quiet and exclusive neighbourhood close to parks, tennis courts, boat launch, and beautiful sandy beaches. Considered by some to be the very best neighbourhood in the entire Okanagan.
This Summerland cottage is near to everything the Okanagan is famous for: Great public beaches nearby plus many many Wineries and golf courses. You are 5 minutes from shopping and restaurants.
