This lakefront unit accommodates a maximum of 4 adults & 4 children. Restrictions on Arrival Dates for the summer rental from May 31 - August 31 consists of weekly rental of 7 day increments, first arrival day will be Saturday @ 4:00 PM and departure will be on the Saturday (end of rental period) @ 12:00 (noon).

1 Double Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). Hide-a-bed, 2 chairs, TV/DVD and coffee table are in the room which has a large picture window facing out to the lake.

Bedroom

1 Single/Twin Bed (Lower Level of Bunk) and 1 Single/Twin Bed (Upper Level of Bunk). Is located in the lower level with walkout access to the back yard and beach area.

Master Bedroom

1 Queen Bed. The room has a ceiling fan as well as a small ensuite bathroom with a shower.

View

Located right on scenic Okanagan Lake in the small community Summerland, the home (kitchen, living room and deck) has views to the north, east and south across the lake. In the evening you can view the lights of Naramata on the east side of the lake.

More Information

Iron and ironing board, patio table and chairs. There is a picnic table and firepit on the beach. A Public park area with a boat launch, children's water spray deck and playground are nearby.

• The unit is Lake front. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is small pebbles. There is a dock. The dock is private. There is room for 2 boats. This lakefront house is within 100 feet of the lake on a level lot. Two kayaks, some life jackets, horseshoes and horseshoe pit and a dining tent.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 12:00PM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 8:00AM.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
