    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 50) are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
    We will be happy to reimburse any payments (less $50.00) when a cancellation is made within 30 days of expected arrival, IF the suite can be re-rented. Without a credit card, a refundable deposit of 15% of the booking fee is required.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
