Air-conditioned suite on upper floor of our new home, overlooks orchard and lavender garden. Enjoy breakfast on your private patio. Lake Okanagan is a few steps across the street, you can begin your day with a swim. The municipal park is a 5-minute walk; it offers tennis courts in a tree-shaded setting.
Guests are invited to stroll through our 7-acre orchard, or sample wines at the "8th Generation Vineyard" adjacent to us. Numerous wineries are within a 5-10 min.drive. The scenic Kettle Valley Railroad is nearby, a hiking/or biking paradise.
Hosts speak English, Spanish, French.

Lake Okanagan is across the street.   Walk to Lake Okanagan in half-a-minute. Lavender welcomes you. Second floor suite has separate entrance. Kitchen goes out to the patio, Private patio overlooking lavender and apple orchard. 
Windows look to the lavender and apple orchard.  Queen-size bed with all cotton quality linens.   Bathroom with full tub and shower. Powell Beach is a 5 minute walk.  Powell Beach Park has  tennis courts. and picnic tables.

Master Bedroom
1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). The bed has a new pillow-top mattress, and is fitted with quality cotton linens and duvet. The full-size closet has built-in shelving. Bath towels, as well as beach towels are provided. West-facing window overlooks lavender garden, apple orchard, and faces toward Giant's Head Mountain.

Second-floor suite overlooks our lavender garden, and our 7-acre apple orchard. You will revel in the tranquil setting of this quiet waterfront community. Guests enjoy our beach access which is across the street, or a walk in our orchard and the vineyard adjacent to us.
More Information
Guests are welcome to use the gas barbecue on our back patio. We have a landscaped 3-acre yard for relaxing or to play badminton, croquet, or practice your golf swing.

Lake is located within a 1 minute(s) walk. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. We are steps from Lake Okanagan, in less than a minute's walk you can be swimming, wading, or kayaking. We are across the street from the lake.
Nearby Attractions: A famous trestle on the scenic Kettle Valley Railway is approx. a 5-minute drive from our home. Trout Creek Trestle provides panoramic vistas for the photographer. The Kettle Valley rail bed is excellent for biking and hiking.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
2 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival - cash or traveler check). A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 1 nights rent) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• No children are allowed under 5 years old.
• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs are allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 4 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
