Air-conditioned suite on upper floor of our new home, overlooks orchard and lavender garden. Your private patio is furnished with table and chairs. Lake Okanagan is a few steps across the street, you can begin your day with a swim. The municipal beach is a 5-minute walk; it offers tennis courts in a park setting.
Guests are invited to stroll through our 7-acre orchard, and sample wines at the "8th Generation Winery" and Vineyard adjacent to us. Many wineries are within a 5-10 minute drive. The scenic Kettle Valley Railroad is a hiking and biking paradise.
Hosts speak English, Spanish,French.

Lake Okanagan is across the street.  Walk to Lake Okanagan in half-a-minute. Lavender welcomes you. Second floor suite has separate entrance. Dining area opens to patio. Extra-large window overlooks lavender and orchard. 
Queen bed has pillow-top mattress, quality cotton linens. Bathroom with full tub and shower. Private patio overlooking lavender and apple orchard. Powell Beach is a 5 minute walk. Powell Beach Park has tennis courts.

    Master Bedroom
    1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). The bed has a brand-new pillow-top mattress, fitted with quality cotton linens and duvet. The full-size closet has built-in shelving. Bath towels, as well as beach towels are provided. West-facing window overlooks lavender garden, apple orchard, and faces toward Giant's Head Mountain.

    Second-floor suite overlooks our lavender garden, and our 7-acre apple orchard. Our home is on a landscaped acreage, revel in a tranquil setting. Guests enjoy our beach access which is across the street, or a walk in our orchard and the vineyard adjacent to us.
    More Information
    Guests are welcome to use the gas barbecue on our back patio. We have a landscaped 3-acre yard to play badminton, croquet, or practice your golf swing.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    2 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival - cash or traveler check). A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 1 nights rent) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • No children are allowed under 7 years old.
    • Check in after 9:00 AM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • Maid Service is provided every 4 days during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
