Private patio area with BBQ, patio has view of Giant's Head mountain. Situated on a quiet Cul De Sac. It is only a 5 minute drive to the Summerland beach. Two excellent wineries just minutes away where you can bring a picnic lunch and enjoy the lake and valley views. This is a non smoking suite.

    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance).
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer
    Final payment on Personal cheque must be received 2 weeks prior to booking date. $100 per person Security/damage is required with the 50% booking fee. If booking is canceled and the suite is not re rented, security/damage deposit will not be refunded.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • No children are allowed under 5 years old.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • Maid Service is provided every 3 days during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
