If you need tranquility, you have found the place. Our home is located steps away from Lake Okanagan in the Trout Creek area of Summerland. Lake access is directly across the street and Powell Beach is a 2-block walk, and has tennis courts. The sandy beach is an idyllic location for a stroll or swimming.
Our home is on 10 acres, we grow apples and lavender. Adjacent to us is the "8th Generation Winery" which offers wine-sampling in its boutique.
You can go hiking or biking on the scenic Kettle Valley rail bed, and walk the historic Trout Creek Trestle with its panoramic views.

Lake Okanagan is across the street. Lavender garden in full bloom in July. Granite island seats six. Thermodor cook top has 5 burners. Living Room faces west to the lavender and the orchard. Master Bedroom with designer ensuite. Second bathroom for  the second bedroom.

    Payment Details
    2 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival - cash or traveler check). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required.
    Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Travelers Cheques
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • No children are allowed under 10 years old.
    • Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • A maximum of 1 pet is allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 200 will apply. A fee of 50 will apply.
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 40.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
