1 Queen Pull Out (sleeps 2). Queen sofa bed, and feather top if requested, matching chair and rocking chair, gas fireplace, eating area for 4, large TV and VCR, DVD, open area plan, sliding doors to private sundeck with BBQ facing east, main door to west with private porch.

Bathrooms

Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Travelers Cheques

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed. A High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner.
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
Maid Service is provided every 3 days during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
