1 King Bed. The master bedroom suite on level 2 (down from main living level) is a large room opening onto a deck with a 6 person hot tub. There is a double door adjoining master bath with a jetted tub, granite counter double sinks and a double (two person) shower, walk-in master closet for two, tile throughout. 2 Queen Beds. Bedroom Number two is on Level 2 (down from main living level). In addition to the primary queen bed, there is a loft with a queen mattress on the floor. Bedroom two has its own private bath. 1 King Bed. Bedooms three and four are on level 3(down from main living level). Each bedroom is a Master with its own private full bath. Both bedrooms open onto a 2nd private living room which has a queen hide-a-bed sofa. 1 King Bed. Bedooms three and four are on level 3(down from main living level). Located in the living room on the main living level near the gas fired fire place! 1 Queen Hide-A-Bed/Sofa bed. Located on level 3 adjoining master bedrooms three and four.

Located on the side of Baldy mountain (East side of Breckenridge), your vacation home is hung over the side of the mountain opening onto a western exposure with a panoramic 180 degree view from Buffalo Mountain to the north, all of the Breckenridge Ski Resort to the West and the "fourteener" Mt. Quandry to the south. From each of the two decks, you look out over national forest (down onto the town) with elk and other wild creatures often passing below.

• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Breckenridge's public golf course is located about 7 miles from your vacation home, about 4 miles north of town. It's a challenging 18 hole course in a lovely mountain setting. Balls travel much further at 9,600!
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Just 3.5 miles from the town center of Breckenridge and the Silverqueen 6 passenger chair lift.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Just 3.5 miles above the town of Breckenridge, it's a brief 10 minute drive down to town or take the Summit Stage (free shuttle) which stops just two blocks away.

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior, there is no refund.

• Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 1:00AM and 8:00AM.
