    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, payments (less 50%) are refunded if re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Discover Card
    $300 refundable reservation/security deposit due within 7 days of booking. Balance due 60 days prior to check-in. Reservation deposit is not applied to final balance but will be refunded within 7 days of checkout (assuming no damage).
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 85.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
