Great location & views! This cozy, 2 bedroom/2.5 bath townhouse is located close to central Ketchum, allowing guests both the convenience of walking to nearby restaurants and shops and wonderful mountain views.

The guest bedrooms are located on the main floor near the entryway. The master bedroom has a private bath, queen sized log bed and television. A double queen log bunk bed and private bath plus a washer/dryer complete this level.

Upstairs guests will enjoy vaulted ceilings and plush seating surrounding a wood burning fireplace. A fully equipped kitchen allows guests to prepare a nice meal to enjoy in the delightful dining area, with seating for 8 and two bay windows with window seats. At the opposite end of the second floor is a semi-private den with a sectional sofa and entertainment center and access to the balcony with BBQ grill and wonderful Baldy views.

This unit has a single car garage for guest use and is located just a mile from the new YMCA. Guests may purchase short term passes at very reasonable rates and enjoy this outstanding facility. To help maintain the beauty of this property no pets or smoking are allowed.
