The master bedroom has a queen bed and the guest bedroom has two Twin beds that can be bridged into a King. Both bedrooms have a private full bathroom. The condo’s stylish and comfortable furniture is perfect for relaxing in front of the gas log fireplace, after a day of skiing, golf, tennis, or just exploring the valley’s incredible hiking trails.

The condo also has two new extended outdoor decks, with one deck adjacent to the upper level living area, and the other desk adjacent to the master bedroom. There is a new Weber gas grill on the upstairs deck for outdoor barbeques, and both decks have new outdoor furniture. Electronics include high speed broadband Internet, telephone, two TV’s, two DVD players, and 1 CD player.

To help maintain the beauty of this property, smoking is not allowed. A pet may be welcome with a nonrefundable pet deposit.
