Townsend Lodge is on a quiet street in old Ketchum. This wonderful home, which looks out on a large open field, offers spectacular views of Mount Baldy, Ketchum’s main ski area. The decor is inviting and sophisticated with lots of original art and high quality furnishings.
The house is newly remodeled with all new bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with gourmet appliances. The Great room is a spacious living area with a wood burning fireplace, a dining room table for 8 and a small library/sitting area. The two master bedrooms each have king beds and their own bathrooms. French doors open out on a deck to the backyard and a spacious slate lined hot tub. Down the hall, there is an additional Queen bedroom and an Adirondack style bunk room which comfortably sleeps 4. Both bedrooms share a hallway bath close by.
Appointments for guest use include a washer/dryer, fully stocked kitchen, high speed internet, 4 televisions (one 40” high definition flat screen,) 2 DVD players, CD player with Ipod dock, Sony Playstation 2, Gas BBQ Grill, and printer/scanner/fax machine. To help maintain the beauty of this property, smoking is not allowed. A pet may be welcome with a nonrefundable pet deposit.
