Booking Cancellation Conditions
Prior to deposit being taken, a $25 administration fee will be charged. Between 14 days from booking and 30 days prior to arrival the deposit of the first night's rate plus taxes will be forfeited. Inside 30 days of arrival, full payment will be forfeited.
Security or Damage Deposit
A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
A security deposit of $500.00 is required upon arrival. A signed Visa or MasterCard Authorization form accepted only.
