Alta Lake is a 5 minute drive/taxi from the property. There is no beach. There is no dock, moorage or float anchor.
Nita Lake is about a ten minute walk. Larger lakes are about fifteen minute walk or a short drive by car.
Ski/Board Out is a 5 minute walk from the property
Walk out the front door of the complex, down Gondola Way and onto the lifts. You can ski down to the lifts, but the walk to return to the condo is about 5-10 minutes. If you want to ski Blackcomb, take the lift to midstation, ski down to the Village and directly onto the Blackcomb lift. No parking, no walking, no lineups.

Golf Courses
There is a bus service every 30 minutes that picks you up at the beginning of Gondola way, and drops you off at the golf course in the main village. The total trip is 15 minutes. You can walk to the nearest golf course in 20 - 25 minutes.
Shopping and Dining
The shops and restaurants are about a 5 minute walk from the property. Nearby amenities include restaurants , pubs (including the famous "Dusty's"), 24 hour grocery store with bakery, video rentals, beer and wine store, ATM and retail outlets. As well as lift access, mountain facilities include guest services, ski schools, day cares, ski lessons, etc. The Village is 2 miles away, accessible by car, by local transit or a walk using the paved trails around the lakes. Local transit is accessible across the street from the main entrance of the complex and runs on a regular basis.

Credit card payments for stays of 30 nights or less are FREE. Please note that there is a 3% surcharge added to all payments using Paypal. For stays of 31 nights or more, there is a 3% surcharge for payment by credit card. 7% Resort Fee This non-refundable and taxable fee automatically applies to all reservations and is payable at the time of booking. The resort fee includes an Accidental Damage Waiver Benefit, which covers up to $2000CAD of inadvertent damage and/or cleaning charges that occur during a guest stay.* Additional details will be provided by the owner.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 1 nights rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 45 days prior to arrival.
Booking Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation within 45 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.

If the property is re-rented, the cancellation penalty is reduced.
Security or Damage Deposit
A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
Credit Card Pre-Authorization : A valid, signed credit card imprint and a $500 to $1500 credit card pre-authorization (or equivalent cash deposit in Canadian funds) are required at check-in. Please note that the pre-authorization will be processed on your scheduled check-in date, and on the credit card provided at the time of booking. Please advise the property manager prior to your scheduled check-in date if you would like to use another credit card for the pre-authorization.

Group & Min. Age Policies
Adult guests must be 25 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples.
ALL guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. The cardholder and the majority of the guests must be at least 25 years of age (does not apply to families with small children). Children are welcome in all units but their parents must be at least 25 years of age and present during the entire stay. The cardholder must be present for check-in and staying in the unit. Parents/guardians may not book for underage guests. Parties, grads, and stags/stagettes are not permitted in any units and will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of deposits paid.
