Cobble mountain swinging chair by fireplace, outside patio furniture and gas bbq. Dock in season. A canoe is available to use at your own risk.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

2 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of $200 is required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments (less $50) are refunded - less than 60, no refund.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 2 Dogs are allowed, up to and over 75lbs (34kg) but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of 25 per pet will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
