Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Sunday River offers dining at the Phoenix or in 10 minutes you could drive to the Rooster's Road House, or the Moose's Tale Brewery. Shopping is limited to gift shops, specialty stores, and grocery store. WalMart is 45 minutes away.
Sunday River offers kayaking and swimming holes for summer activities.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash

Check in after 2:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
