• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The chalet is along the Road Runner Trail. 2 minute walk.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Sunday River offers dining at the Phoenix or in 10 minutes you could drive to the Rooster's Road House, or the Moose's Tale Brewery. Shopping is limited to gift shops, specialty stores, and grocery store. WalMart is 45 minutes away.
• Sunday River offers kayaking and swimming holes for summer activities.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments are refunded.

*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
