Payments and Policies

Payment Details

All of the rent is required (15 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited except your security/damage deposit.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 21 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Travelers Cheques
An application is required two weeks prior to arrival

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
No children are allowed under 12 years old.
Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
