The kitchen is well supplied with Lagostina, copper bottomed pots and pans as well as a large Lagostina covered roaster. 16 piece complete dish sets and lots of glasses along with 2 drawers of cutlery! There is also a 10 cup rice maker and a stand mixer with attachments. Coffee and tea, as well as a variety of spices and condiments are supplied. Large "open kitchen" design with custom maple cabinets filled with wide variety of glasses/wine glasses/champagne flutes and more. The flooring in the kitchen is radiant heated slate!

Bed Summary

Master Bedroom

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Large bedroom with direct access to hot tub through double French doors to the back deck. Outside walls of western red cedar with vaulted 9 foot ceilings and it's own private ensuite. Bed has handcrafted log frame, pillow top individual coil mattress and cozy down comforter.

Bedroom

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). East facing bedroom with access to large bright ensuite - cozy down comforter and 300 thread count sheets.

Bedroom

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Double Bed (sleeps 2). This bedroom has it's own balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains and valley. Large bright ensuite attached to bedroom. Also available is a playpen for little ones to sleep in.

Bedroom

1 Double Lower Bunk Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Double Upper Bunk Bed (sleeps 2). Quiet private bedroom in lower part of chalet with TV, own private ensuite and double doors out onto back yard with great view of mountains and 8th fairway of golf course.

Loft

1 Double Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). Open loft area has a cozy couch that folds back to a comfortable bed. Views of the great room and out the large back windows to see the golf course and mountains beyond.

Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

Unobstructed views of the mountains and valley from the over-sized great room windows. Hot tub is situated on the large rear deck with panoramic views of all 3 mountains. Can see village area from back deck.

More Information

We have a separate entrance for our permanent renters in our basement suite, which they access from the side steps to the right of the entrance to the Chalet. We have hot tub maintenance Mountain Water Works who may come by to service the hot tub while you are staying at the Chalet.

There are 3 mountains to choose from at Sun Peaks and lift passes for all are available at the village which is a short 5-7 minute walk away. There is also a free shuttle bus available during peak times which is accessible from the driveway of our chalet (please check for times/availability). Easy ski-in from Mount Morrisey.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 10 minute(s). Sun Peaks Resort provides a maintained lighted pathway to the village which is a short 7-10 minute walk from the chalet. There is free parking around the village, should you decide to drive down to shop or for some casual or fine dining.
• Nearby Attractions: Attractions available at Sun Peaks include guided dog sledding, snowmobiling, horse drawn sled rides and an ice skating rink.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 35%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Renter to advise owner of credit card information to confirm reservation. Owner will verify rental directly to renter.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 1 Dog or Cat is allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of $25.00 per day will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 210.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
