Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
Send a check for $250 damage deposit with return address included along with the 50% deposit.

*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
