• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There is a 10 minute (1100 meter) walk to the village and lifts. Ski-ing into the complex is possible by removing your skiis to cross the road, and then skiing along the Valley Trail behind the complex.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The walk to and from the center of the village to the restaurants, shops, etc. takes about 7 minutes. The complex backs onto the valley trail, and the 2nd hole of the Sun Peaks Golf Course.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. .
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express
No refund for cancellations over Christmas, New Years, US President's Week or BC Spring Break

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 7:00AM.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
