Sliding doors from bedroom and living room to private hot tub 25 feet above the road with spectacular views. LCD TV/DVD above fireplace in living room. Also DVD and VCR in second bedroom. Very well equipped kitchen is a dream to cook in, with view window.Outside entry/exit. Two underground parking spots. Nine minute walk to village along scenic creek side trail. Six minute walk to ice rink.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 25) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 15 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
