Our townhouse has incredible unobstructed views from the patio and 2 balconies, one off the master bedroom and one off the living room. Put your skis on at the garage and ski to the lifts, then ski home to the door. Sit in the hot tub and look at the magnificent mountains all around without looking at another unit or house. It is totally private. We are a 10 minute walk to the village center, 7 minutes to the rec center and swimming pool, and a great ski in ski out location.

Kitchen is fully equipped, all new and spotless. Essential condiments, spices, sugar, flour, tin foil, plastic wrap etc are supplied. If something special is requested we will do our best to make sure it is there.
Bed Summary
Master Bedroom
1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). The master bedroom has patio doors that open to a private balcony with incredible views of the mountains and ski runs. There is a built in dresser, closets and full ensuite. Bedding is top quality with down pillows and duvets.
Bedroom
1 Double Lower Bunk Bed (sleeps 2), 1 Twin Bed (sleeps 1) and 1 Twin Upper Bunk Bed (sleeps 1). This bedroom sleeps 2 adults in one bed and 2 children in separate beds. The built in bed has drawers under it.
Family Room
1 Double Lower Bunk Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Single Lower Bunk Bed (sleeps 1). This is a combination family room/bedroom with patio doors out to the hot tub. There is a full bathroom and a laundry room with full size washer and dryer off the family room.
Bathrooms
Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 3 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.

Our townhouse has the best views in the village without any obstructions. You can enjoy the hot tub without looking at any other units just the lovely mountains and both sundecks have incredible views.

• Golf: The unit is located on Sun Peaks Golf Course.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 10 minute(s). There are several excellent restaurants and many boutiques located in the village, a 10 minute walk form our townhouse.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel 15 or more days prior to arrival, payments (less 100) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 31 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
If you cancel 15 days or more prior to arrival a credit will be given for a future available booking otherwise all payments will be refunded less $100.00
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
