The Upper Suite has been recently updated with new paint, flooring, counter tops, and furniture. This suite has mile high vaulted ceilings with a picture perfect view of Burfield Mountain. The open concept living space has ample seating for everyone and is fabulous for entertaining your family and friends. The kitchen is fully stocked with every gadget you need to make your vacation one to remember! The Blue Jay Chalet is a short walk to all amenities and is a ski-in from Mt. Morrisey. Large private deck with an 8 person hot tub, BBQ, locker, sleds for the kids and much more!

This unit has a pool table and high vaulted ceilings in the living room.

The complex is adjacent to the Sun Peaks golf course, and is a 20 minute walk to the clubhouse.
Snow Skiing & Boarding
Before you can put on your skis, there is a five minute walk to the Burfield Chair Lift. There is a 5 minute drive to the Sundance lift.

Property is near a lake.
Payments
Booking Cancellation:
If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Cancellations outside of the above policy to be discussed with the owner.
Booking Deposit:
The booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 1 nights rent.
Payment Balance:
The payment balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
