1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). This room has it's own private deck and a very spacious bathroom with jet tub and shower. There is also a large walk in closet

Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower and two basins.
Bathroom 2 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub w/ jets, shower and two basins.

View

The main view to the north includes the Expo ski run, the Ridge ski run, the Burfield Chair Lift and the surrounding mountains. McGilvery Creek runs in front of the property.

Payment Details

1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
