Payment Details

1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 1 nights rent) are refunded.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed and children under the age of 1 years old stay free.
• Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
• Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
