Only persons above the age of 19 are permitted to rent the lodge. Comfortably (1 person per double futon) we sleep 12 but can accomodate up to 15 if required. Usually 2 children per futon works well.

Payment Details
1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior, there is no refund unless re-rented.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
