Our spacious two bedroom unit offers a million dollar view from the comfort of your living room or while sitting in your private hot tub. Enjoy all the comforts of our home away from home. Our unit offers, gas fireplace, laundry, private hot tub, TV(with cable), VCR( some movies left)DVD, stereo(with CD player, tape deck and radio)and well appointed kitchen. Looking for something not listing in the kitchen description, just ask. We pride ourselves in making you feel at home. New carpet throughout unit in summer 2009.

When staying 7 or more nights guest receives one night free no matter day of check-in. If guest arrives on Sunday for 5 nights then receives 15% discount.
These discounts are not available in Christmas/New Years holiday period or over President's week.

More Information
Patio overlooks the golf course. The unit is 3 minutes from the cross country trails that are tracked by Sunpeaks. You look across to the Sundance and Sunburst chairs and downhill trail systems. You can ski back to across the road when skiing the Morrisey. This unit may be rented in conjunction with unit 265 to accommodate larger groups- up to 18 persons. We offer your 7th night free when check-in on a Sunday and staying for 7 nights.

Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). It is a short flat 5 to 7 minute walk to the day lodge or 3 to 5 minute walk to 9th fairway where you can ski down to the Platter and up to the Morrisey chair.
Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The walk to the center of the resort (restaurants, shops, local grocery etc) takes about 10 minutes. The drive to the Center of Resort (Restaurants, Shops, etc) and Golf Course takes about 2 minutes and the drive to Kamloops (Shopping Malls etc) takes about 1 hour.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided with a deposit/fee of: Guests need to request..
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
