The heated garage has room for two vehicles, but we ask that if the studio is rented separately during your stay, you respect their right to one of those stalls, and their need for ski storage in the garage. There is also parking at the top and the bottom of the driveway. Total parking will accommodate up to 6 vehicles, and two outdoor parking spots are reserved for guests of the ground floor apartment.

Living Room
1 Queen Hide-A-Bed/Sofa bed. Sheets are on the hide-a-bed; the pillows and a comforter is stored inside the blanket chest that also serves as a coffee table. Views from this room are into the forest, down to the road toward the golf course, and pan out toward Mt. Morrisey.
Bedroom
1 Queen Bed. This is an upstairs bedroom across from the 'kids room' with access to the main bathroom off the upstairs landing.
Den
1 Queen Hide-A-Bed/Sofa bed. This comfortable room is just off the dining room on the main floor, across the hall from the main floor toilet/shower room, and has a tv/vcr combo in the wardrobe. The sofa-bed is made up with sheets, and the wardrobe holds towels, pillows and a comforter.

1 Queen Bed. This bedroom is upstairs and one door leads to a washroom with toilet and sink that is linked to the main bath/shower room by a second door.

The chalet has large sunny windows facing the golf course and Mount Morrisey, and is located within 5-7 minutes walk to the Sunburst Express lift. The house features a roomy kitchen and a large open space dining and living room, all with panoramic views.
More Information
If the main house is not enough space for your family, there is a studio across the inside landing that sleeps 2-4, has a kitchenette and full shower/bathroom, sitting area, fireplace and tv/vcr that can be rented with the main house. It is connected through the main floor landing, and flows nicely with the house when the connecting doors are open. There is also a two bedroom fully equipped ground floor apartment that can be rented with the main house and/or studio. It has a separate outdoor entry and sleeps 5-7 people and will be ready for holiday rental by December 1st 2005. The entire property when fully rented will sleep 17-23 people, making it ideal for your family reunion.

Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). You can ski in to this property, and a short walk to the top of Sunburst Drive will take you to a trail you can ski down to get to the Sunburst Express Lift..
Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). It is about a 5-7 minute walk to the Sunburst Express lift on the edge of the village.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
