Our home offers a luxurious accommodation in a relaxed and tasteful environment. Perfect for either active or relaxed family holidays, reunions, business retreats, or just a place to get away from it all at any time of the year. Allergy sufferers will be glad to know that the Chalet has a strict no-pets, no smoking policy, and that floors in the common areas are hardwood and tile.

The cathedral windows provide large views of Mt. Morrisey to the south, the forested mountainside to the north, and the neighborhood to the east.
More Information
This is a cozy, sunny unit with lovely views of Mt. Morrisey. The large window in the bathroom faces the forest hillside and invites cool breezes in the summer. The Studio can be booked with the Main house and/or the two bedroom suite on the ground floor to accommodate large groups. The entire property when fully rented will accommodate 17-23 people, making it a perfect choice for your family reunion getaway

• The Kamloops airport serves flights to and from Seattle via Horizon Air, and other destinations as well. It is about a 30-40 minute ride by coach or car.
Golf: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). The golf course is down the driveway and across and down the road a bit, about a 10 minute walk.
Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). You can ski in to this property, and a short walk to the top of Sunburst Drive will take you to a trail you can ski down to the get to the Sunburst Express Lift.
Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). The unit is within a 5-7 minute walk of the Sunburst Express Lift.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00PM and 7:00AM.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
