The private hot tub faces the view. Our unit offers all the comforts of home, gas fireplace, laundry, TV/VCR/DVD units and stereo(with CD/tape deck and radio). Our kitchen offers all the amenities of home, toaster, coffee maker, wine opener, can opener, cutting knives, roasters, cake pans, muffin tins, electric fry pan, blender, slow cooker to name a few. • Golf: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). Backs onto the 8th fairway of Sun Peaks Golf course. Just short 3 to 5 minute walk on Valley trail to 1st hole start.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). It is a short flat 5 to 7 minute walk to the day lodge or 3 to 5 minute walk to 9th fairway where you can ski down to the Platter and up to the Morrisey chair. • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). The walk to the center of the resort (restaurants, shops, local grocery etc) takes about 7 to 10 minutes. The drive to the Center of Resort (Restaurants, Shops, etc) and Golf Course takes about 30seconds to 1 minute and the drive to Kamloops (Shopping Malls etc) takes about 45 minutes to an hour.
Payment Details
1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 11:00AM. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 8:00AM. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
