    Payment Details
    1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. .
    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express
    For bookings over New Years, the extra person charge is $50/night. No refund for cancellations over Christmas, New Years, US President's Week or BC Spring Break.

    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 7:00AM.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided every 4 days during a stay.
