Great house for a family reunions. Golfers and skiers paradise..
Our home has 6 bedrooms in total in our two units. It sleeps to 18. There are 4 rooms with queen beds and two bunk rooms. A great place for that family reunion. There is a 35 by 12 foot deck to enjoy the view of the golf course in the summer. In the winter you can sit in the hot tub and watch the skiers go down the runs. Sun Peaks offers lots of activities, winter or summer. Summer you can enjoy golf, tennis, swimming, mountain biking, trail riding, nature walks, hiking and shopping. Winter offers skiing,skating, snowshoeing, tubing, swimming, snowmobiling, and horse drawn cart rides.

    This is the whole house that you are renting and can accommodate to 18 maximum. We do offer one night free if coming for 7 nights with a Sunday check-in.

    Distances
    • You are approximately 45 minumums to 1 hour from the Kamloops Airport.
    • Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). You back onto the 8th fairway of the golf course, so you can enjoy the view when you're not golfing. The golf course is 18 holes as of August 2005. You do have the view of the whole ski mountain in front of you for your winter enjoyment. You can see the skiers come down the runs.
    • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). It is a short flat 5 to 7 minute walk to the day lodge or 3 to 5 minute walk to 9th fairway where you can ski down to the Platter and up to the Morrisey chair.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The walk to the center of the resort (restaurants, shops, local grocery etc) takes about 5 to 7 minutes. The drive to the Center of Resort (Restaurants, Shops, etc) and Golf Course takes about 30seconds to 1 minute and the drive to Kamloops (Shopping Malls etc) takes about 45 minutes to an hour.
    • You can drive to Heffley lake in less that 15 minutes.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 1 nights rent) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A High Chaircan be provided.
    • Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00PM and 9:00AM.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
