• Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s).
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The ski runs are behind the complex. You can ski in/out to the Gentle Giant trail.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). The walk to the Fitness/Activity Center (pool, hot tubs, ice rink) is only 5 minutes from the unit and the walk to the Resort Center is about 7 minutes.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.

In the rare event of an unforeseen maintenance emergency, we reserve the right to substitute comparable lodging up to and including the day of arrival. This will be done at no extra charge, even if an upgrade fee would normally apply. In the event that your hot tub becomes unusable during your stay, Sun Peaks Accommodations Corporation will, after making every attempt to quickly correct the problem, refund a maximum of $25 per day of missed use during your stay. This does not apply to third party recreational facilities. You, as the registered guest, are liable for any missing items or damages to the premises and/or all items therein which occur during your occupancy, excluding normal wear and tear. Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided with a deposit/fee of: $20.00 each per stay.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
