Payment Details

10% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 1 nights rent) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed and children under years old stay free.
• Check in after 5:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
